SMS Marketing
SMS marketing was our bread and butter (hence the name) when we started out as pioneers of the digital marketing age. We sent our first commercial message in 2002 and have sent 50m since.
We often tie email, SMS and Facebook campaigns together, targeting people by all the available communication methods to ensure that we cover all customers. This works in a cascade effect, taking the most cost effective option first.
The use of keywords on short codes is also a large part of our client’s activity. They can be great for providing instant sales leads from promotional literature, as well as giving customers an alternative way to sign-up to your database.
In 2010 we unveiled our SMS URL tool which reduces the length of URLs to fit within 22 characters of a text message, these can be used to direct customers to web pages, vouchers, forms or simply to register for an event or promotion.
Birthday Marketing
We have a section in our console that deals solely with birthdays; you can quickly set-up automated Email or SMS broadcasts to be delivered around the customers' special day. These often carry a text back mechanic, providing leads for you to follow-up.
