Console Overview

Our console is in its fifth iteration, having developed since its inception in 2003, where it set the pace even then. Growing in features, scalability and security, the PowerText console is still way ahead of the pack.

We see the console as a data HUB. Acting as a central control point for all your data flows, it provides easy to use tools for creating effective broadcasts and managing your data.

The following shows a flow of different customer data, segmentation of that data and the marketing outputs.

PowerText's starting point is to identify all sources of possible data collection. We call for an amnesty on data currently held in the business and prepare a plan for how that data will be held and classified on your account.

In the second stage we provide a broadcast plan against your requirements, this will include the use, where possible, of automated broadcasts or 'triggered marketing' to help drive customer service, loyalty and redemption.
