Our email broadcast tool makes it easy to load newsletter templates and insert personalisation. Templates can be edited and then checked against spam filters to ensure compliance and increased delivery & read rates.

Using our search tools you can pinpoint your targeting based on any stored field of data. You can also exclude or include previous recipients to SMS or email broadcasts.

All soft and hard bounces as well as unsubscribe requests are processed automatically and are flagged on your lists when they meet the criteria for removal.

For non-responsive customers we have inbuilt rules that automatically broadcast a 'cleaning email' requesting interaction. If no contact is made the customer's email address is flagged and removed from future sends. Email broadcast is all about reputation and the archiving of customer data is central to achieving a better reputation and therefore higher read rates.
